Entry Checklist:

1. Download the entry form
2. Read, print and fill out the entry form  - one for each rider
3. Read, print and fill out the indemnity form - one for each rider
   (Please don't edit the form - this is an official form from
   Motorcycling NSW, and it must stay the way it is)
4. Make sure the indemnity form is signed!
5. Organise payment for the ride -
• If it is direct debit - attach a copy of the deposit receipt
• If it is a cheque - send in mail with entry form
• If it is money order - send in mail with entry form
6. Make sure every entry has the correct information, and the
   payment amount is correct before sending via
